New defensive weapon smartphone cases feature stun guns, pepper spray and concealed knives

The latest craze in cell phone cases is to turn them into dangerous
weapons.
One company’s smartphone case stun gun has now hit the market and
joins cell phone cases festooned with pepper spray cans and cases
packing concealed knives.
While companies like Yellow Jacket, who makes the stun gun case, are
selling these devices as self-defense weapons, some critics fear
consumers are being lulled into a false sense of security.
